Record of 102.3 claimed in 1904, on up Ocean Mail special, not 1930 (I hope I didn’t misread the entry, it certainly looked as though your caption said the run was in 1930). other information (e.g. building date, withdrawal, techical gen available if wanted (source -Railway Correspondence & Travel Society’s “Locomotives of the Great Western Railway”, part 7).
