This full-page border was made from large pieces of type, each with one triple leaf on it together with a segment of stem and some blobs (grapes maybe). If you look closely you can see where the pieces join.

If you wanted a narrower border, you could duplicate some of the pieces to make the sides longer, then scale down as needed. If you wanted a wider border, you caould remove some of the pieces and close up the gap, and it would enclose a smaller area; then scale it up as needed. I can do this for you if need be.
