Adoˊlescence, or Adolescency
Adoˊlescence, or Ado’lescency [F. Adolescenza, It. Adolescéncia, Sp. ofAdolescentia, L.] the Flower of Youth, the State of young Persons, from twelve Years of Age to twenty
one in Women; and from fourteen to twenty five or thirty in Men, or it is that Period
of a Person’s Age, commencing from Infancy and terminating at his full Growth.
